RANMA 1/2 THE NEXT GENERATION HENTAI RPG - 5: thread 1 > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RtNGHrpg2/ Compilation and proofreading by St Fan [CONTINUED FROM EPISODE 4, THREAD 1] Re: Kimiko and Mascara, end of exercise St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane had missed Satori's close call with a "dangerous bear". Satisfied that Mascara had obeyed and that the situation was diffusing in the living room, she followed Samari to the dojo. She eyed carefully Kimiko-chan, knowing that her little girl just hated to be treated like a... "little girl". Soon the trio was walking on the covered passage leading to the dojo. "Yes, Samari-chan, I'm going to referee. I want this challenge dealt quickly, no need for any of you to be late for school. By the way, what school are you going to, Samari-chan?" Re: Kimiko and Mascara, end of exercise Sakraida "I'm supposed to go to school?" Samari said as if the entire world had suddenly grown a new head. "I think mom told me something like that but I keep forgetting to go and fall asleep on the way there." Re: Re: Kimiko and Mascara, end of exercise T.H. Tiger "Hmph," Kimiko snorted, "I should have know, a dummy." She was still seething over the cuteness comments. She wasn't cute! She hated people calling her cute! What they really meant was that you're too little, go sit in the corner while the adult do adult things. Well, she was an adult, and she could do adult things. A faint blush colored the top of her nose as she remembered some of the adult things she'd been doing this morning. "You don't need to go to school. I'm going to give you a real life lesson that will stay with you for the rest of your life." Kimiko told Samari as they reached the dojo. She quickly went over to the little area closed off for girls changing, and drew her dôgi out of its locker. Re: Kimiko and Mascara, end of exercise Sakraida "I just prefer training to school." Samari said in a huff, and then her eyes got all glassy again. "OH THAT BOW IS STILL SO CUTE ON YOU!!!" She shook her head to get in concentration. "Now, I must take the sign to prove that our school is the best over any other school. Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane blink-blinked. Sure, she was too polite to word it like Kimiko, but she was starting to share her daughter's view. Samari seemed not to be brightest dolly in the toy box. She was starting to worry, in fact. "Say, Samari-chan... your mother know you're here, right? She's aware you're challenging the Tendô Dôjô?" Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida "EEP!!" Samari said a little too loudly and then gulped so that the worry would go down her throat. She turned her face, a big smile on it. "Of course she does. She wanted me to introduce myself properly from our dojo and told me to help start it out right. And what better way than challenging your dojo?" Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane was, first and foremost, a mother. As such, she was quite experienced with kids trying to bullshit her. So it would be no surprise that she didn't buy Samari's lame attempt at putting a straight face. "Sure..." she drawled, hands on her hips. "So, you see no inconvenient that I call your mother after the fight, right?" Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger "Good idea, dad, you can tell her where to pick up the pieces." Kimiko said. "Let's get this started. I got cake to eat." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida "That poses no problem to me." Samari said with a straight face and then closed her eyes. A deep breath, and this time when she opened them she had a serious expression. Her hands going together: "Horse Pig Cow!" Something small was held in her hand, a small match flicking onto it, a popping sound happening and then the ball hit the ground exploding into a hail of smoke. (Remember the caps to the pop-guns that had all the smoke and stuff. Well imagine 500 of those things going off at once.) Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko ear rang with the loud noise, and she just had time to take a deep breath before the cloud of smoke rolled over her, causing her eyes to water. Tear's running down her cheeks, she backed up rabidly to move herself away from her former location while at the same time listening for her opponent. She didn't fear taking a blow, but she wasn't so overconfident that she'd give the other girl a wide-open opportunity. She wouldn't have used an attack like this if she didn't have some way of dealing with it. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Samari had used the smoke to jump behind Kimiko, though the distance wasn't judged right because the girl had moved back. But she was still far away enough to use the bits of string in her hand. "Good Old Days School of Martial Arts, CATS CRADLE ATTACK!!!" She threw out the strings, each of them seeming to spread across the room and keep Kimiko firmly in place. (I do use some original attacks from the series, some evolutions of those attacks, and some I invented on my own cause they implement toys and are just so evil. Example: That teddy bear.) Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane sweatdropped. She hadn't even given the signal to start the combat and those two were already going at it. "Anything Goes", she guessed. Still, she hoped Kimiko would get back her bearings soon, and most importantly she hoped that none would get seriously hurt. She tried to remember her fight with Tamari to analyze what the daughter's attacks were capable of, but that was a long time ago.... Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko found herself trapped against the wall by the web work of strings Samari had tossed at her. Hiding a smirk, she made a show of struggling against the trap. "Let me go!" she yelled. "Fight fair." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Samari had a blank expression past her face. "For a school that says anything goes, you mention the word fair?" She twirled her fingers. "CATS CRADLE ATTACK SECOND FORM!!!! DANCE OF THE MARIONETTE!!" She pulled on the strings, the webs constricting and then forming in double strands around Kimiko's fingers, wrists, elbows, under her armpits, her neck, the top of her head, her thighs, her knees, and also her ankles. Samari had each strand connected to her each individual finger, moving it around to see how well she could move the girl. "Now do a little dance. And remember to make it adorable." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko grimaced in anger at Samari's actions and words. She was no one's puppet, and having to dance to someone else's tune was not going to happen. 'Let's start with the basics,' she thought to herself, and let her weight drop onto her bounds. While small, Kimiko's body had a specific gravity higher than that of water, which in one way meant she sank like a stone, but in this situation meant that instead of seventy five pounds of cute girl, Samari had to support nearly one hundred and ten pounds of angry rubber maid. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Samari couldn't make the girl dance or even try to suspend her. But what she could do was keep her trapped where she was. "Alright." Samari said as she wrapped the two major loops around her shoulders to keep the extremely weighty girl stuck where she was by her own weight and the tethered ropes. The things were extremely stretchable for a cat's cradle, and now they at least kept the girl still. Samari took out what appeared to be two beanbags. She started to juggle them. Then came her voice, in a hypnotically sweet tone that made the rest of the room seem to dissipate and for old fond memories of mother and being loved crop up. "London Bridges falling down, falling down, falling down. London Bridges falling down. My fair lady. Take the key and lock her up. Lock her up. Lock her up. Take the key and lock her up. My fair lady. Tokyo Towers falling down falling down. Falling down. Tokyo Towers falling down. My Fair lady...." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane, watching the fight with some worries, snapped her fingers. "Oh yeah... I remember this one...." It had been tricky for her to escape this hypnotic technique. It was Kasumi, of all people, who helped her to find a counter.... Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko was feeling a bit dizzy and disorientated. She'd been focusing on freeing herself from her bonds, by bending her limbs between the joints, but she didn't seem able to concentrate. 'Had there been something in the smoke?' she wondered in a dazed manner. No, she didn't think so. It must be some sort of hypnotism technique, like Master Roshi had pulled on Goku in that old Anime she'd watched as a kid. She had to escape. Closing her eyes took care of part of the problem, but her ears were still channeling, so she closed them as well, a nifty trick for when Shitagi or Mom and Dad were giving one of their lectures. That was better, she felt her mind starting to clear. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida "HMMM??" Samari said as her hands kept juggling. Tamari's final technique had evolved in China, where unnoticed to the person the three balls became six in the person's hand. "Good Old Days martial Arts final attack. TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR!!!" She threw the balls forward, each of them seeming to mimic the other until it looked as if a wall of balls was coming towards Kimiko. The problem being that the things were made to blow up if they smacked into anything. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko blinked at the sudden rain of balls heading her way. She was well on her way to freeing herself from her bonds, but not quite there yet, so she could not dodge. BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! A cloud of smoke and debris filled the area that had been occupied by Kimiko. The smoke roiled and churned, until it began to be sucked out of the dojo by the powerful exhaust fans installed for just this reason. Slowly a figure emerged. Kimiko was black from head to foot; the ropes that had bound her were gone except for a few shredded remains. Her gi, constructed of Kevlar, seemed to be OK until she gave a cough, expelling a cloud of smoke from her lungs. With a sigh of surrender, her clothing slid from body, leaving her nude. Her hands, feet, and face were still black, but the rest of her body was white and sort of clean. Kimiko glared at Samari. "Finished?" she asked in a dire tone of voice. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane had covered her eyes when the explosives started to go off, not wanting to see her little baby hurt. Then she remembered she was supposed to referee the match, and pulled her hands away. Seeing Kimiko's gi fall into tiny, blackened bits, she went very red, and yelled "STOP! Time out! Kimiko-chan, get clothed immediately! You AREN'T going to fight in the nude!" Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Samari blinked as she had a set of iron tops in each finger and her arms were covered over her head to stop her from being injured from her own blast. She lowered her arms, flicking her wrists and sending the tops back in their places. "I don't mind stopping for a moment so she can get dressed." She stood tall at the center of the room. "Just please make it quick." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko flushed with embarrassment. "Dad, this is a challenge match! I can't just call a break in the middle because my clothes got a little messed up!" Despite her words, Kimiko was already moving back toward the locker area, and the spare dôgi kept there. She knew it was an argument she was not going to win, and she wanted to teach that little brat not to toss bombs around. A few seconds later, a still black faced, and hands and feet, Kimiko emerged, and dashed straight as Samari. When she was six feet away, she yelled out "Gum-Gum KICK!" and spun into a full body kick, which would have looked almost impressive, if she'd been anywhere near in range of Samari. A second later, Samari received a powerful blow to the chest, and was sent flying across the dojo. Kimiko came out of her kick, and smirked at Samari. "That's one for me. Want to give up before I go for double digits? Please say 'no'." OOC: This is one of Kimiko's "secret" techniques. Like most Ranma techniques, it's no real secret once you figure out what it is. But, in keeping with the spirit of the fight, Samari's going to have to figure out what Kimiko did, and how. The clues are there, it's not really a mystery. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida OOC: Well, Samari really isn't a thinker when it comes to anything. She doesn't try and figure out her opponents' moves, she just acts on pure instinct. The reason she's a good fighter is cause those instincts are pretty damn good. If she does anything that appears to be thinking it's because she caught it by accident and an epiphany happened. IC: Samari didn't really take the time to think about how the girl had kicked her from so far away. The vision she had got was of the leg suddenly shooting and hitting her in the chest. She flew towards the wall of the dojo, though suddenly her body seemed to turn over on its side and she landed right on the wall with her feet, pushing off it and pulling out a set of iron tops and iron marbles. They each flew out of her hand towards vital spots, the marbles aimed for Kimiko's legs. OOC: The tops are spinning and have sharp points, so they are meant to cut. The marbles are like mini-cannonballs. They are meant to crush bones and break things. With a girl like Kimiko the marbles are useless. The tops are, well who knows. Rubber can be cut its just really hard to cut it. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko concentrated on the tops. The spinning blurred their features, and they might be dangerous. The marbles she didn't worry about, while fast for a hand thrown object, they were far too slow to cause her any real harm. Indeed... Kimiko developed a nasty grin. Dodging the tops, she angled her leg just so. One, two, three, marbles hit her rubbery flesh, and bounced straight back at Samari. As she did so, she flashed a grin over at her cheering section, giving Mascara a thumb up. A warm glow filled her. Even more than the preservation of the dojo was at stake here. She wanted to look good in front of her sister, and earn a nice reward for the next time they were alone. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Samari still happened to be in the air. Having her little marbles come back at her did surprise her slightly, though from years of training she didn't betray it. Instead, she reached back into that limitless subpsace of toys and pulled out what appeared to be a glowing steel saucer. (You know, those metal sleds you ride down hills with. That's what this is.) The marbles slammed into it, reverberating off and leaving three small dents in the metal. Samari landed on it, the thing sliding forward on the ground towards Kimiko. Using the speed of the thing she took out a couple more bits of string. "Cat's Cradle Attack, Third Form." she said as it formed in her hands and shot out to all of Kimiko's arms and legs. Using the speed of her slide, she then jerked her arm, ignoring the little searing pain that came from having to fling more weight than she was used to and tried to slam Kimiko into the wall. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Ranma-chan had stopped in the dojo and watched the fight silently for a short while, not paying any heed to her children's antics. Instead she focused on the challenger's technique. It was somewhat familiar, but she couldn't tell from where she'd already seen it. Scratching her head, she asked her wife: "So, what's going on? Who's the girl? She looks skilled... it may be a good thing for Kimiko to fight real martial artists from times to times, but if the dojo sign is at stake why didn't you let Shitagi-chan handle the challenge?" Akane huffed and shot a baneful glare at Ranma (who missed it completely, too focused on the fight), but nonetheless answered: "Well, first the challenge was for the Tendô school only, since it's *me* who defeated this girl's mother's twenty years ago...." Noticing Ranma's incredulous stare, Akane growled and showed fangs. "Don't look at me like that, baka! *I* responded to martial art challenges too, even if you did your best to forget it! "As for who the girl is... you surely have an idea. Come on, she's her mother's splitting image, you must remember *her*?" Not getting why Akane looked mad, Ranma blinked and shook head. "... Hu... no... her style remind me of something, but on top of my head I can't tell where I'd seen it...." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger "You dummy, not even Shitagi is stupid enough to try that anymore!" Kimiko yelled at Samari. Curling herself up into a ball, she didn't struggle against the whip toss toward the wall. With a dull thoom that shook stubborn dust off of some of the rafters, and wouldn't dad have something to say about that latter, Kimiko hit, and bounced. Her skill was not as good as it should be, so Kimiko did not bounce straight back toward Samari, instead she relaxed and then tensed her body as she ricocheted off of an overhead rafter. Increasing her speed, she hit the floor at an angle, and rebounded again, this time just missing her Mom as she hit the angle between the wall and ceiling. The next rebound took her across the dojo, by now moving at eye blurring speed, opposite Samari. Kimiko was starting to get disorientated, and felt frustration that she didn't have better control over her bouncing. It could be such a deadly weapon if she could just learn to fully control the direction she'd bounce in. A sudden scream of pain and outrage from a familiar and beloved throat distracted her. "Mascara! What's wrong!" Kimiko cried out, starting to unroll from her balled up position. As a result, she hit the next wall at a bad angle, and was sent pinwheeling across the room, ironically straight at Samari. The spin was so fast that Kimiko's legs and arms stretched to about twice their length, thanks to the ankle and wrist weights she'd put on the last time she'd gone to change. The heavy weights pulled her out like a four weight bola. The tangle she'd make when she collided with Samari could be imagined. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Mascara's scream of pain was followed by another scream of pain, though this one was of a much more earned injury. Samari had thrown the girl into the wall, not expected her to ricochet. This had made Samari's joints, not used to moving the extra weight, start to pull. She had already stretched the muscle on her right shoulder to a painful length, now with the collision and entanglement of Kimiko with herself, the shoulder her suddenly popped out of its place and become dislocated. Having a dislocated shoulder from a collision does not put one in a good mood. Biting her lip, she looked at the current situation. The girl's arms were wrapped around her own, the dislocated arm in an odd angle for her normal position as the girl's legs were firmly entangled around her waist and around her thighs. It looked as if the girl was trying to become a strange type of belt, shirt, suspenders, and scarf contraption in one. In order to be this messed up, Samari knew that the girl had to be made of plastic or (long pause...) rubber. She smiled. "Can I ask you a question?" she said, her voice laced with poison and a little pain. "Do you melt?" Her left hand reached as best it could into the front of her pants. She kept all her matches in there. "Cause if you do... I would recommend you find a way to get off of me right now." She swallowed a bit of spit back into her throat as she kept control of the pain on the right side of her body. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko's eyes narrowed at Samari's threat. She was starting to understand why her mom and dad hated gadget users. She'd been mad at Samari for various things, but now she was starting to really dislike the girl. Her weapons were plain nasty. Things that should be used only as a last resort in a life and death situation were being used casually in a challenge fight. Her current situation was an accident, and if Samari hadn't threatened her, Kimiko would have disengaged and resumed the fight on even grounds, now however.... It was time to end this. Kimiko didn't have to do much, simple tense her muscles as hard as she could. The loose grip her limbs had on Samari's body suddenly changed. Her arms and legs constricted, pinning Samari's hand before it could reach whatever weapon she was reaching for. It also pinned her other arm, and squeezed the girl's chest and stomach, cutting off her ability to breath. If Kimiko hadn't been so mad, she might have held back a bit, but she was really angry, and a bit worried about Mascara. Samari's ribs started to give, and in another second, unless someone intervened, the bigger girl's chest could very well be crushed. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane had watched the match with some concern all along, but now it started to look more like a no-hold-barred streetfight rather than a martial art challenge, she had to stop them. "Stop that! Kimiko-chan, what do you think you're doing! Don't you see your opponent is already wounded? No need to overdo it! "Samari-chan, just concede defeat now so we can tend your arm...." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida As the air happened not to be in her lungs at the moment, she didn't really give a response in words. Having herself squished by rubber didn't make her feel very good, that was for sure. Always be prepared. That had been a word used by the boy scouts in that rather young country across the sea. Samari had dealt with being hit to almost catatonic states before, so she had a contingency plan. As she started to black out slightly, she took as deep a breath as she could, not much, but almost a little to keep her from passing out. Her hand jerked and squished itself. She bit her lip, knowing this would hurt. It would appear to any outside viewer that Samari suddenly exploded. In a way she had. Under Samari's clothes she kept all her equipment. By pushing upon her hand she pulled a small string that exploded dozen of little caps on her body and sent a couple hundred of the iron tops through her clothes and into the close ranged body of Kimiko. The problem being that the caps burned her skin as they sent the wave of sharp tops into her opponent. Even if they didn't shred the rubber girl, they would push her far back enough to lift her legs up around Kimiko's neck. What she did after that would be limited due to her injuries, but she'd be damned if she lost this way. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko let out a shrill scream as she was bombarded by sharp objects traveling very fast. She lost her second Gi of the day, and a bit of skin. Fortunately for her, the tops were moving at a very high speed when they struck her. They sank deep into her malleable flesh, causing her a lot of pain, but it also served to stop their spinning, which was the real danger to her. Pure blunt trauma was not in any way dangerous to her, but she could be cut by a sharp enough object and enough force. Kimiko was hurled away from Samari, trailing shredded uniform. She hit the wall and bounced forward a dozen feet, and landed belly down on the floor. She bounced a few times before coming to a rest. "Ohhhhhh," Kimiko groaned. "Did anyone get the name of that truck?" she said getting painfully to her feet. Her torso was covered with numerous little nicks that bled a thick gooey latex that quickly sealed the cuts in her body as it came in contact with air. Kimiko held her head to try and stop the spinning. She hadn't been this battered since the last time Shitagi used her for a basketball. Kimiko looked around in a dazed manner, trying to find Mascara in the crowd so she could give her a thumbs up to reassure her that she was alright. But she wasn't anywhere Kimiko could see. That bothered her more than her injuries. Where was Mascara? Did she leave? Why? Was it because she was fighting so awfully? Kimiko grimaced at the thought. Her mom was always lecturing her on her habit of relying on her body instead of normal defensive techniques. Looks like she'd been right. Kimiko looked around again, this time looking for Samari. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Samari sat on her knees, her left hand holding the badly injured shoulder. Her hair stood in the way of her face, the only sound she allowed to pass from her lips being that of deep painful breaths. She knew that the crushing had fractured some of her ribs. That would not be in any doubt. She was thankful that they were probably cracks and not anything that would force them into her lungs. Painful breathing, but not dangerous. Her clothes were torn to shreds themselves, red blotches all over her stomach and body. They were only first-degree burns but that didn't change the fact that they hurt. "You tried to kill me?" she said as her eyes came up to meet Kimiko. Kimiko thankfully was a couple yards away. "If you'll excuse me for a minute." she said as the hand that had been coddling her shoulder painfully reached under her armpit. She slammed her hand forward, making sure that the shoulder cleanly popped out so it was at the right angle. Then the pain forced her to slam it back into the floor and into place. A whimper was all she got out, keeping the tears in check only by pure will alone. Samari's left hand shook slightly as she kept an eye for Kimiko, just in case she decided to attack her while she was doing emergency treating. Her left hand reached to the bow she kept on her head, pulling it out of her hair so that it went out in one long slender strand. She painfully pulled her arm up, not being able to move her right arm of its own free will, and tied with her mouth and hand the front end of the cloth around her wrist. She then flew it over her left shoulder so that she had a makeshift sling for her arm to keep it stable and not jostling around to injure her shoulder anymore. Her left hand then moved to the floor, using it to swayingly push herself up onto her feet. She stumbled for a second, her eyesight making the room spin from the pain rushing and tingling into her mind. Normally, she would concede to a draw. Both of them were obviously hurt in some way. But no way would she let this school defeat her. Nor would she let this hypocrite defeat her either. Talking about fairness when she had an extra ability above her. Cheating, and then getting mad at her for using her normal form. What gall. Though her techniques would get harder to pull off with only one arm. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane had jumped away and turned around to protect her belly from the blast. Kimiko had taken most of the force of it, but a top had hit the housewife in the shoulder. Not truly hurt, but still a little in pain, Akane frowned. 'I don't remember her mother ever using techniques THAT dangerous! And what is with those girls on this day... why do they insist fighting half-naked? Has they lost all feminine modesty?' Akane was very worried. She knew both were hurt (something not easily done on the nearly indestructible Kimiko) and that she should call a stop to the fight. But this was an honor match, and she seriously doubted either would give up if they had any bit of the typical martial artist stubbornness.... Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida "Oro?" Samari said as her head wavered dozily from side to side. She saw a small bit of blood, a small cut really that the top made from nicking Akane in the shoulder. Samari stumbled over to her, ignoring Kimiko for a second and then bowing her head to Akane. "I apologize for hurting you." she said as her body slid to the floor, her breathing coming in those sickening gasps that she had to make. "Excuse me for my mistake." Though it had been met as a desperate attack. If Kimiko thought her earlier attacks were meant for desperate moments, they were nothing to her true desperate attacks. She used her good arm to raise herself off the ground, wincing at the slight movement it made her shoulder commit. "Are you ready to continue?" she asked Kimiko as she limped slowly to the middle of the dojo. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Akurei no Kishi "Oro?" Satori said, then ran over to check on Akane. "Hey, you ok Mom?" she asked, then turned around. "What the heck is the big idea!?!?" she yelled out, standing rather defensively in front of her mother. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko was sore and feeling wobbly. The last explosion had overstretched her, which always affected her ability to snap back. She could feel her arms lengthening just standing there. She knelt and undid the weights around her ankles, and then laying her sore arms one by one over a knee she undid the wristbands. Leaving all four laying on the ground, she stood and faced Samari. "The question is, can you continue?" she said. Kimiko turned to Akane. "What do you think, dad. Her gadgets are done; one arm is out of action. I'm sore, but functional. She can't hurt me anymore. I could cripple her if this continues. If she refuses, I'll call it a draw if she'll agree to that." She directed a dirty look at Samari. "She can recover and come back and face the real champion." Speaking to Samari, she added "Oh yes. I'm just the warm up. I'm not even in the top five here." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida "Actually." Samari said with a small smile. "I do have one more technique left. Though having you move will create a problem. HMMM..." She knelt down, using her left hand for support and then lifting a few tops from where they had imbedded themselves. Pulling them out was a chore, but she finally got six in her left hand, stumbling back up. Surrender for a draw? "HA!!" she said with a snarl. "I'm not going to let a rubber toy beat me." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane rubbed her shoulder and rolled her arm a bit to check the articulation. "I'm alright..." she nodded to Satori with a smile. Turning back to the martial artists, she added "But I'd really prefer you to stop before any of you get seriously wounded!" Akane's mind was in turmoil. Should she tell them the truth she thought to have unveiled, so that they stop this fratricidal battle? Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Samari looked at Akane with blank eyes. "I don't plan to be defeated by this school. Or by someone who doesn't admit they're cute." She had five tops left; they were placed in her fingers of her left hand. "Now, are you ready?" Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko didn't bother to answer. She'd given the girl a chance, and she was not going to make the same mistake twice. She'd been fighting in her normal style. Absorbing punishment and counter punching. But this girl played too rough. She could have killed herself with that last attack. Anything that could have actually disabled her would have done major bodily damage to the other girl. Kimiko charged toward Samari, or at least tried to charge. Her legs were unresponsive, and tended to stretch randomly so she was moving with limbs that were of different lengths. The result was that her charge was more a staggering gallop. In some ways, it was not unlike a Drunk Fu attack. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Samari's eyes rose slightly at seeing the girl charge at her in such a weird manner. Not that she needed to actually hit her with the tops. "Cat's Cradle FINAL ATTACK!!!" she hollered as she threw the five remaining tops at Kimiko. Suddenly, her head jerked forward, catching something in her teeth, the five tops suddenly spun out of their normal flight path. Samari normally would use both hands for this maneuver, but having only her left hand to work with, she decided to use her teeth for the three on Kimiko's right. The tops spun around Kimiko, flying and crossing themselves so that the elongated string would wrap around the charging girl's body. Suddenly, a small whirring noise showed how Samari had so much string at her disposal. At her left shoulder a small spool spun back, feeding it through her arm and into her hand. Now that it had run out, Samari had to catch it and direct them. If all worked well enough the entire bit of string would wrap around Kimiko's body, bury the tops into the walls and in the end she would be in a cocoon in the middle of one giant Cat's Cradle. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Akurei no Kishi Satori growled. "No one attacks my mom..." she said, and balled her fists. "Come on! I'll take you on!" she said. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane put a soothing hand on Satori's shoulder and tried to pull her short-tempered daughter away from the fight. "That's nice of you, Satori-chan, but it was an accident. She never aimed at me, and I'm all right. Don't forget this is a honor match, it wouldn't be fair for you to two-team Samari. Let Kimiko handle this, please." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Akurei no Kishi Satori growled. "Fine." she said, then sat down in a huff, much like Ranma would. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko frowned. Again with the string and tops. Didn't this girl know you had to vary your attack? In her current state, Kimiko could not reliably dodge the string, so she took advantage of her currently floppy body. Spinning in place, she thrust one arm out and let the centrifugal force pull it out. The arm stretched far longer than she could normally manage. The shock of the explosion had seriously shocked her system, and caused it to lose cohesion. Kimiko's stretched out arm caught on the string Samari had aimed at her, and tangled sweeping it out of the pattern it had been trying to achieve. While Kimiko's face was one of grim determination, underneath she was on the verge of panic. A constant theme in her nightmares was her body losing its ability to hold human shape, and slumping into a puddle. Right now she was feeling more detached from her body than she could ever remember. She had to fight the urge to curl up into a whimpering ball of fear. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Of course this attack had the ability of adapting to the person's movement. She let go with her left hand, the two tops spinning and hitting right into the wall with a connected string. The rest she used her mouth to continue to follow and try to ensnare Kimiko. Now with her hand free to reach back, she pulled out something from the back of her waist. Thankfully it hadn't gotten destroyed with her clothes. The explosion had limited the amount of weapons she had left. Now, with only these two left, she'd have to use this. She took the small pole out, pushing it and the pole flipped and suddenly the base of it popped out. It was a hobbyhorse. Though the weight obviously was too much for her one arm, as she jerked her head back and forth to try and maneuver the tops. The head of the hobbyhorse suddenly smashed into the floor, leaving a small crater. The head was a blunt weapon, meant to crush the enemy. It was unfortunately too heavy for one arm. But with rubber girl, she'd use the hobbyhorse's second form. She put her foot on the horse's head, pulling till it went "POP!!" The horse's head of the hobbyhorse popped off, suddenly she struck the ball end at the bottom against the floor. It made a short hissing sound. A small slot stood at the top of the pole, which she took her thumb, after sliding it up the pole and jerking her head to keep the tops moving around and in circles. The jerking gave them more momentum. "WHOOM!!" Something flicked and sparked as she hit the slot with her finger, a spout of flame suddenly coming from where the horse's head had been. It contorted for a moment, the flame suddenly moving and taking the complete form of the horse's head. Samari grinned; the Flaming Hobby Horse had the benefit of being a one-arm weapon as well as being flame. It could burn that rubber band. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko kept her arm moving in a wide circle, slowly gathering in all the strands of thread that were threatening to circle and trap her body. A large ball of loose thread began to form on her arm, weighing it down. Kimiko was forced to spin faster to keep her arm up, and than made her shock loosened arm stretch out even further. At last all the string, and the tops they were attached to were balled up around her arm, and Kimiko was whirling like a dervish her arm nearly ten feet long by now. The sight filled Kimiko with shame. She looked like a freak. Mascara would be repulsed by her. Samari was going to pay for forcing her to do this, and she had just the weapon she needed to do it, thanks to the annoying challenger. The large ball of loose string and tops made the end of her arm a nice blunt instrument. She didn't even have to hit Samari with it directly, if she could just get the girl inside the arc of her arm, it would wrap around her and bludgeon her that way. Kimiko scowled as she picked up the sight of Samari's newest weapon as she spun, a flaming hobbyhorse. Again with fire! Kimiko certainly didn't want to get burned, but in fact the weapon was less of a deterrent to her than it would have been to a normal person. She could stand much higher temperatures than anyone she knew, except her mom. She could get in the furo when it was almost boiling. Not that she liked to, as it made her body all soft and hard to manage. But, in any case, she would suffer less from a short-term exposure than most people to the flame. Not that she intended to get burned, not when she had that nice ball of temporary insulation wrapped around her arm. Kimiko spinning like a top, moved toward Samari, intending to end this once and for all. Her arm was moving at a high velocity, the end with the balled up thread traveling at nearly sixty miles an hour. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Kimiko's arms definitely were long and extremely dangerous if they happened to hit Samari. She completely understood that. But then thinking that "her" string was a good thing to wrap around one's arm was another. After all when using another person's weapon against them, try and understand the full strength of said weapon. An opponent used string to trap an enemy before using a fire attack. This would denote that the string would not propel heat back towards the attack, but instead the opposite of catching flame itself. String normally catches fire. Samari jumped back, twisting her back the wrong way due to lack of energy and sliding back into the wall. The flaming hobbyhorse stayed in her arm. Now she would have to do it. She flew her left hand forward, her head throbbing from having slid into the wall, and slashed it in front of her. A big half circle of flames erupted in front of her. She arched her back so that the back of the pole touched the wall. The contact with the wall made the head of the hobbyhorse swell to almost the size of a real horse. Once she got near enough it could end. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Both Akane and Ranma had been watching the ongoing fight with growing distress. Sure, some of the attack used by both girls looked comical, but the experienced martial artists could tell just how lethal they could be. "Ranma! You have to stop this!" pleaded Akane. "Hey! You're the one who had them start this fight! And you know we can't interrupt an honor match like that until one of them give up!" "But they'll get hurt!" protested the wife. "And they'll hate us if we butt in. They're both true martial artists, they understand the stakes of the fight!" answered the 'husband'. "That's all your fault for raising our girls like that!" spat out Akane. 'Here we go again...' somberly thought Ranma-chan. Another spectator had different thoughts. Shitagi Saotome was watching the fight with much interest... and lust. That new girl was awfully cute... especially in the few clothes that she had left. She couldn't help but notice she was fighting nasty and dirty, too... which was just fine in her book, Shitagi just never seen any better way to end a match. All in all, perfection made true in her eyes. 'I'm in love...' she muttered to herself. Sure, she was a bit miffed that the match had delayed holy sisterly smack-down on Kimiko... and that at this rate, her sister won't be in good shape enough to receive her well-deserved punishment. She was the only one supposed to kick Stretch's butt, damn it. Still, this was a martial art challenge, and like everybody in the dojo she knew better than to interrupt them. Although she heard her parents' dilemma, and was pretty sure they wouldn't hold it against her if she put a stop to this now. She was very tempted. Yep. Very tempted. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko T.H. Tiger Kimiko was very conscious of the danger presented by the flaming horse's head. She had no reason to suppose the string she'd wrapped around her arm was fire proof. It could prove to be next to no protection. But Kimiko knew from personal experience on camping trips that even the most flammable of objects, such as one of her sister's girly magazines that had accidentally fallen in the fire, did not always burn as one would expect. True, the outer cover and pages had quickly ignited, but the inner pages had not even been singed when Shitagi had snatched it out of the fire. Indeed, they'd proven more than solid when Shitagi had rolled it up into a tight mass and blistered her rubber bottom with it. So, while it was likely the outer layer of thread would burn, there was a good chance that the inner layer would protect her long enough to get close in and finish this fight. Kimiko started swinging her arm in an erratic orbit, so on one revolution it would brush the floor, and on the next the rafters. She varied her efforts, and the balled up mass on the end of her arm became even more wild, thanks in part to Kimiko's continuing loss of control over her own body. Kimiko moved in, not even she was sure where her hand would be when she came in range of the fire, but she was betting the force of her blow would knock the flaming pole from her opponents hands, and still let her pound the flames out on Samari's body before then threatened her own arm. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko Sakraida Something flew into the air after that, seeming to aim towards the arm, it was smashed into the floor and broke into pieces. In the middle of the smoke the ring of fire was making, as the one arm made its circle and the other aimed forward against her, Samari seemed to have her fingers together. The hobbyhorse pole securely put in her teeth and her left hand forcing her right hand open. She did a few movements with it, when the other arm came crashing down on her body, a rag doll would have done a rather good impression of the slamming into the wall the spinning arm made. It once again broke into wood pieces. "Which..." Smash, that image of her was destroyed into another wooden doll. "... apparition..." Smash, that one got destroyed by a flailing rubber arm. "... am I?" Samari suddenly had a grin, though some of it had to do with the pain she was forcing on her right hand. These techniques took two hands and though she didn't touch or move her arm for this, she did need to forcibly move her right hand with the left. Her mother would see that the Ninjustu style of their art was much better than the outmoded one her mother used. If they went for the more forbidden arts, the school could live again. Toys were light and meant for this kind of combat. "Now, now." Samari said, oddly clear enough with a hobbyhorse with flames shooting out one end in her mouth. "Haven't you found which..." That doll got destroyed in a shower of wood as the now burning string kept going around in its wild flailing. "... one I am?" They're seemed to be several Samari's at once, each one being smashed and destroyed in turn into the dojo. "Gotcha." Samari said as she appeared a few inches right in front of Kimiko with the flaming hobbyhorse in her left hand arched back for a stab right at Kimiko's jaw. The dummies had enabled her to work her way inside, while distracting Kimiko with all the show and plummet. After all, even flailings have their pattern. "GOOD OLD DAYS SCHOOL OF MARTIAL ARTS FINAL ATTACK!!! FLAMING HOBBY HORSE GOTOTSU!!!" She stabbed it up with her left arm, using her feet from the crouched position to stab it upward. OOC: God took me forever to think of a way of actually getting under that stupid rubber. Of course with the longer the arms go the more wide the attack and the less concentrated it gets. So if I distract the person long enough I can sneak in through one of those gaps quickly. It would mean that Samari has burn marks on her legs and hands due to the heat and its making her right shoulder be even more annoyingly painful. But those are the breaks when your a martial artist. As for these attacks, I get a lot of my inspiration from Naruto and Rurouni Kenshin. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block That was one move too much. The two horrified parents, so worried they were for the youngsters' health, were already on the verge on jumping in the fray to stop this mess, martial art honor match or not. Now, seeing the dojo starting to burst in fire, and the flames and smoke hiding the fighting girls from them -- it sure was the last straw. "GAH! DOJO ON FIRE! QUICK, EVERYBODY GET WATER AND HELP EXTINGUISH THIS!" yelled Ranma-chan, deadly serious. "KIMIKO!" screamed Akane, almost running toward the flames to help her daughter, if not for the heat driving her back and Ranma restraining her. Ranma grinned her teeth. A Hiryű Shôten Ha variant could eventually take out the flames, but it held the risk of doing even more damage to the dojo and endangering the girls. They'll have to do it the old- fashioned way. Shitagi eyes bulged when she, too, realized just how bad things have gotten. However, she also realized this gave her a good opportunity to play the dashing hero. "I'll save you, cutie-pie!" she proclaimed, jumping into the fire without any fear, whishing she'd know the name of her new beloved. She tried to guess Tamari's position in the smoke, but it badly impaired vision. Still, spotting a shape, she rushed to it to put the girl out of the way of a sudden back draft. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko/Inoma trying to help Akurei no Kishi Satori blinked. She looked up at Akane, then looked towards Ranma, then sighed. "Yo, mom, pop. What now? The dojo's on fire." she said rather calmly. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko/Inoma trying to help Sakraida Samari didn't know if she connected with the girl's jaw. Before she knew what was going on a splash of cold water had drenched him and another wave of ice had suddenly overcome them both. Thankfully it froze the shoulder, which wasn't too bad. But being in only a bra and panties -- well when Samari turned male the button on the bra had broken, so just panties -- didn't make for a very warm and fuzzy moment. Samari found the entire confusion rather odd in how much with the smoke and the fire and the ice and water and then the disappearing opponent sent his eyes spinning. If that wasn't worse, some girl suddenly seemed to tackle him to the floor, smacking his nose into the floor. A small puddle of blood poured out as his long hair covered his head and his good arm was outstretched onto the floor. "Are you crazy?" Samari turned his head slightly to the side to look at Kimiko who must have evaded and now tackled him. No, it was some other girl, probably shocked to have gotten a boy rather than the cute girl, though the same remnants of the female uniforms were on this one too. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko/Inoma trying to help T.H. Tiger The wash of cold water came as a relief to Kimiko, for two reasons. One, it put out the fire that had been threatening her, and two, it shocked her body into contracting, giving her a far more normal appearance, and putting her on the road to regaining control. From past experience she knew that as long as she avoided hot water, she should be able to recover from the bomb blast in an hour or so. Recuperating, she started looking around for Samari, and could not see her. The spray of water in front of her shifted, and showed her a bare chested young man she didn't recognize. Almost without her willing it, her eyes focused downward, and she blushed slightly as she got a clear view of the boy's package. Her blushing face frowned a second later as she realized that the reason his package was so clearly visible was because he was wearing panties. "Ewwww!" she said in disgust. It wasn't that she was prejudiced against boys who went that way; it was just that she had for a second wondered if he might be her mystery boy from the party. He certainly had looked big enough. As result, the knowledge that he walked on the other side had been disappointing. "Control yourself, Kimiko" she muttered. "You have Mascara, you don't need to keep looking for hunky boys. Let's find that brat and finish this." Kimiko opened her mouth, meaning to call out to the strange boy, and ask him if he'd seen Samari, when he was suddenly tackled by a familiar figure. "Shitagi!" Kimiko exclaimed in shock, as much by her sister's grabbing a 'boy' as by her sudden appearance. Her eyes opened wide as realization hit. It was a miracle that Shitagi hadn't already gone monster, it couldn't last much longer. Kimiko decided to go look for Samari somewhere else. She started to move away, and then stopped. Again Kimiko's eyes expressed a sudden revelation. Mascara! With all this cold water.... "Oh, no. Mascara!" Kimiko cried out. "Come here, Mascara! Oh, man, Mom will freak if Mascara goes cat again today. That's the last thing we need." Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko/Inoma trying to help Cuteycindyhoney The One's voice called to her. Mascara stopped hissing at the strange male. The Girl of the Ice and another female were dealing with him anyway. The feline cautiously approached The One. She sensed her person was hurt, but not as badly as she had feared. Mascara purred softly, and gently butted her face against The One's place of milk. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko/Inoma trying to help T.H. Tiger "Oh, thank goodness," Kimiko exclaimed, happy and pleased that Neko- Mascara had sought her out. In the chaos she might have run wild, and that was a disaster they didn't need on top of everything else. "Stop that. Naughty kitty." Kimiko said in a light tone when Mascara butted against her breast. She reached out with her still slightly elongated arms and hugged her sister, savoring the warmth of her fur and the gentle beating of her heart. Kimiko buried her nose in Mascara's fragrant neck ruff. Somehow nothing seemed too bad or too hard when she held her love. Her own heart eased, and her body slowly returned to its normal dimensions. Kimiko was reluctant to release her sister, but they really needed to get out of the maelstrom. "Come on, let's get you some warm water, and get dressed for school." she said. Standing and walking toward the exit, her hand rested lightly on Mascara's head, not trying to pull her, just exerting a light pressure as a hint to the direction they needed to go. Burning down the house - the dojo St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block > Satori blinked. She looked up at Akane, then looked towards Ranma, > then sighed. "Yo, mom, pop. What now? The dojo's on fire." she said > rather calmly. Ranma's eye twitched, and she bopped Satori upside the head. "Of course the dojo's on fire, you dimwit! Don't stay standing here like a moron and go help your siblings!" Still, it looked like most of the fire was doused by Inoma and Chisame's efforts... with not as many water accident than you could expect... > "Meow!" Oh, yeah... there was that little problem. "AAAAAhhhhh!" Seeing Mascara-chan going Neko and rushing on all four across the training hall to join Kimiko, Ranma obligatorily freaked. She jumped, quite undignifiedly, into Akane's arms, shaking there like a frightened puppy. "Ranma... now really isn't the time..." muttered the wife in a low voice. Match Postponed St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Shitagi's clothes were only slightly singed by the fire. Thankfully, most of the water that flew into the room, including the splash having transformed Samari, had been frozen by Yuki's magic. So, the cursed girl avoided an untimely transformation until now. However, Shitagi's _eyes_ did swell even bigger than what was usual when in cursed monster form... when she saw who she rescued. Not a cute brown-haired girl like she expected... but a brown-haired BOY! An almost naked boy, if you discounted the ready-to-burst panties. And that dirty, sick, perverted individual of the MALE persuasion had a nosebleed to boot! "YIKES!" yelped the Saotome girl, letting go of Samari-kun as if he had the plague! "YOU PERVERT!" she yelled, starting to rapid-slap the stunned cursed boy. Considering she was hitting hard, it would be a miracle he'd stay conscious for very long with all his added injuries. "AAAhhh... I touched a boy!" whined the eldest daughter, her face utterly disgusted. She was keeping her hands away from her body, as if she'd just burned them. "I need a bath! Disinfectant! Industrial- strength cleansing!" she continued to rant. "Where's the cutie-pie? Where did you hid her, you sick creep! Tell me or I kill you!" she then shouted toward the prone Samari-kun. Re: Kaminarimon Samari vs. Tendô Kimiko/Inoma trying to help Cuteycindyhoney Mascara felt warmth fill her heart. Even with the whirlwind of insanity swirling all around them, the feline felt only peace and contentment. Walking with The One was a pleasure she always enjoyed. She let her person guide with her gentle hand. Anyone else would have been granted quite a respectable clawing for daring to make the feline go somewhere she didn't want to go. Now though, she only purred happily, and let her head rub against the furless one's leg. Re: Match Postponed Sakraida Samari didn't really last long being slapped a million times in the face, and instead fell forward with a huge bump on the head and an even bloodier nose. Of course, a boy bleeding from a hit and not seeing a girl meant that it hurt even more. Samari, now on the floor, raised a hand up like a crushed bug and tried to grab for support so he could move his mouth to say something. "GLUMP" He found something soft and pliable to raise himself up with, decided to move up and got face as he poked what felt like a huge vein over someone's eye. Re: Burning down the house - the dojo Akurei no Kishi Satori blinked. "Wha? Oh, right. The fire. Hold on. My hot dog's almost done." she said, holding a hot dog on a stick over some flames. Re: Burning down the house - the dojo St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Since Kimiko had Mascara under control, Ranma-chan calmed down a bit. She didn't leave Akane's arms, but still she at least stopped shaking. So, both parents could see clearly just what Satori was doing with the last remnants of the fire. Cooking a hot dog. They stared for a while, until Akane frowned and said to the petite redhead "This can only come from YOUR side of the family!" "No it doesn't!" vehemently protested Ranma. Re: Match Postponed St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Shitagi froze solid. Slowly, very slowly, she looked down... ... toward the perverted boy that just grabbed her breast while trying to get up. Her face scowled in utter contempt. Her body shivered in barely contained rage. Her eyes gleamed with a menacing, yellow light. Her aura flared around her, putting the surrounding fire to shame. She started to growl like some enraged beast. "YOU PERVERT!!!" A big, yellow ki-ball formed between the girl's cupped hands and slammed hard into the helpless Samari-kun, exploding the dojo floor and half- burying the wounded boy into the earth underneath. The noisy blast attracted attention. Ranma-chan, still in Akane's arms, snickered and commented "Now, THIS can only come from your side of the family!" Akane glared hard. "She's not even my daughter, you baka!" Re: Burning down the house - the dojo Akurei no Kishi Satori blinked, looking at Ranma and Akane, having pulled a hot dog bun, ketchup, and mustard out of nowhere, and munched on her hot dog. "What's wrong pop? Can't stand the heat? You seem to get enough of it when you piss off mom." she said. Re: Burning down the house - the dojo Suvinceus When Yuki frozen almost all of the fire, she aimed at the last remnants with ice. She hoped that Satori would move out of the way. "Ranma-chan?" She asked. "Will you like how I prevented the fires with my ice powers?" she said. "I am Chisame, but don't you see, I had this curse that could turn me not only Nao the Dark Elf, but also other elves, Ranma-chan." she continued. Re: Burning down the house - the dojo St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane and Ranma-chan blinked when "Yuki" introduced herself as Chisame. Great... another one in the family who got some sort of curse. Ranma rolled her eyes, not believing the girl could seek "compliments" from trying to put out the fire with ICE. Where did she ever hear that cold would put out a fire? A fire still burned even when very low in the negative temperatures. If ever, she impaired the other's efforts by freezing the water they were bringing.... But Ranma wasn't mean enough to mention it... she was trying to help, after all. And anyway, the girl had already gone back to talk to Inoma and Shiro. Look like she was suffering of a very short attention span, too. She sure hadn't inherited all of her mother's smarts. Ranma then found herself landing on her bottom on the dojo floor. Akane had suddenly let her go and now was running after her niece. No doubt the revelation of her strange curse had her worried. Ranma glared at Satori, who just tried another of her lame witticisms. "Ha, ha." she flatly said, before bopping again her daughter on top of the head. "And what about not pissing me off? Just wait until I came up with a new training regimen for you. Martial art firefighting, I guess. It'll teach you the basic of what to do and NOT to do in case of fire! We'll see if you're still laughing once you've made a few hundred rounds while carrying buckets full of water." Re: Burning down the house - the dojo Akurei no Kishi Satori shrugged. "Yeah right, Pops. Like Mom would let you." she said, and walked off, before stopping, and walking back. "Hey, thanks for the help with that bear huh, Dad?" she said, and walked off to grab her bag. Re: Burning down the house - the dojo St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Satori's casual dismissal of Ranma's scolding only brought one thought to the redhead: 'I gotta get out of that dress... it's sapping my authority...' While she was in the mood, Ranma-chan next walked toward Shitagi, and similarly clonked her on top of the head. "Great move, there. Were you trying to finish her? Next time, I'd like you not to blast a wounded fighter..." "But mommy..." whined the eldest daughter. "Don't 'mommy' me. Listen, I know you were trying to help your sister..." "Hu?" "... but that doesn't give you the right to jump into a honor match. Now, get cleaned up and prepare for school." Head low, Shitagi complied. Has she headed out of the dojo, though, she muttered under her breath: "Damn you, Kimiko... this is all your fault!" Now, Ranma-chan leaned forward to assess Samari's state, and for the first time had a good look at the shape that was imbedded in the ground amidst a lot of debris. She did a double-take. "Huh... wasn't she a girl before?" Re: Match Postponed Sakraida Mixed in with the dirt and wood that Shitagi had put him in, Samari's messed up left shoulder had turned back into the odd angle that it had been in before. Samari twitched much like an insect that had just been squished under someone's heel. He knew he'd have to mention that tampering with the match meant that he went by default, but that wasn't exactly a concern at the moment, with the shooting and stabbing pain. He'd have to remember that girl who hurt her like this. Evil, evil girl. The only thing he could mutter through the dirt to Ranma was "Hot water, please" Re: Burning down the house - the dojo Akurei no Kishi Satori was walking back towards the house, slowly, when she thought about something. "HEY POPS!!!! NICE DRESS BY THE WAY!!!!" she yelled out, then made a mad dash up towards her room, grabbing her stuff, and rushing out of the house before Ranma could reply. Re: Match Postponed St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Ranma ignored Satori's dumb one-liner. She'll deal with the girl later, Saotome-style. If Ranma ever learned something from Oyaji, it was to invent insane training regimen. Bending down to appraise Samari's state, she nodded when she heard the boy ask for hot water. Just like she thought... though she wondered how this girl could have picked a Jusenkyô curse. "Yeah, I know the feeling," empathized Ranma, "but I would advise against a turning back right now. You look in a bad shape, and it's no use to put undue stress to your bones with another transformation. At least until we make sure that nothing is too badly broken." Ranma stepped in the hole, and started remove the biggest planks and debris covering Samari-kun. "Don't move, I'll get you out of here and to a doctor...." Ranma wondered if she could get any help... but it was time for most of the kids to depart for school, and Akane shouldn't strain herself too much. Maybe she could call for Nodoka or Genma to give a hand. Re: Match Postponed Sakraida "No move, water...." Samari mumbled something incoherent, as he lay on the floor with his eyes in little X's that made him look dead for a second, but the slight twitches he made from time to time made him definitely alive. Re: Match Postponed Akurei no Kishi "Hey Pops! Seen my... Woah! There was someone under there?" Satori asked, as she came back. "Better get him to the doctor, hurry!" she said, running forward to open the door. Re: Match Postponed St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Ranma-chan, carrying an unconscious Samari-kun, rolled her eyes. Of course there was someone. Okay, there have been a lot of smoke, and Shitagi pretty much buried the poor boy/girl, but still Satori could have paid a bit more attention. That girl was always daydreaming, anyway.... "Yeah, great idea..." commented Ranma, passing by the dojo door that Satori kept open. The daughter was lucky her "father" had her arms full, or she'd have bopped her on the head again. "Like it look he's transportable? Not to mention wearing almost no cloth? We gotta get Tôfű-sensei HERE, not the reverse." Re: Match Postponed Akurei no Kishi Satori, who was acting like she wasn't the brightest bulb in the family, nodded, and started to rush off. "Right! Count on me!" she yelled out, then made a mad dash down the street, only to stop, and run back in the RIGHT direction. Re: Match Postponed St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Ranma-chan, still busy carrying Samari-kun from the dojo, was too surprised by Satori's sudden departure to react. Blinking, she finally yelled: "HEY! There's that thing called a PHONE, yah know!!" But it was too late, Satori was already gone down the street. Well, at least Tôfű-sensei's clinic wasn't too far. And if he's not here, his wife Kasumi could act as a nurse anyway. Sighing, and wondering what she'd ever done to merit such kids, Ranma moved in the house in search of a bed to lay down the unconscious girl- turned-boy. [TO BE CONTINUED IN EPISODE 6, THREADS 1 & 3]
