RANMA 1/2 THE NEXT GENERATION HENTAI RPG - 3: thread 1 > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RtNGHrpg2/ Compilation and proofreading by St Fan [CHARACTER'S PROFILE] Player: St Fan Character: Gosunkugi Piyo Mother: Gosunkugi Miyo Father: Gosunkugi Hikaru Age: 14 Gender: female Curse: none Sexual Preference: undetermined Virgin: yes Description: Piyo Gosunkugi is the quintessential Goth girl. Very pale skin, raven- black hair, red lips and dark shades under the eyes, all reinforced by make-up. 4'7" in height, slender build though promising to be shapely with a little more growth. When not in her junior high school fuku, she wears clothes seemingly dating from a century back, often making her look like a gypsy soothsayer. If left on her own, the sole tones she'll use would be white, black and red. Overall, she tends to be creepy, though some can find her cute in her own personal way. Fighting Style: Piyo is not a fighter and wouldn't even lift a hammer in a fight. If menaced, she threatens to use "forbidden, arcane powers" to "curse with horrible effects" the offenders. It's all bluff... most of the time. However, she inherited her father's capacity to blend in the background. She frequently startles people by her uncanny ability to appear seemingly for thin air, and even trained martial artists fail to notice her approach, as she doesn't even register on their danger sense. History: Piyo Gosunkugi is the daughter of Hikaru Gosunkugi, wannabe voodoo mage, and his wife Miyo Gosunkugi, an authentic seer with gipsy parentage. Piyo had a rather ordinary childhood despite her parents' relative weirdness. Compared to the many crazy martial artists, she's rather the ordinary Japanese schoolgirl. She not only inherited her father's passion for the occult, but also genuine clairvoyant powers from her mother. She can predict the future with good accuracy using tarot cards or a crystal ball, though she's not yet as skilled as Miyo. She's not solely interested in foretelling, though, but in almost every kind of esoteric study. From the power of the pyramids to those of crystal, including astrology, geomancy, numerology, voodoo, etc., she tried them all. Given her higher awareness to hidden mysteries of the universe than her father, though, she may very well one day get more successful than him in harnessing magic. Personality: Piyo tends to creep people around her with her fashion dress and hobbies, but it's never intentional. She's totally oblivious she could be seen as weird by anybody. Personality-wise she's almost bipolar... at one time she could be cold and seemingly unemotional, then with a blink of the eye she could get hyper and extremely demonstrative, especially if one of her favorite subject is concerned. She's a schoolmate of Yoiko and Daiji Hibiki. She'd recently gotten a strange interest in the twins, proclaiming herself their "best friend" (whatever they may think of it) and almost stalking them at times. [CONTINUED FROM EPISODE 2, THREAD 1 & 3] Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) Sakraida "OOH!!! KIDS!!!" Samari said as she popped out from a bush and ran behind Shiro to count all of them. "Adorable." She had a big smile. Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) pboost1 As Inoma brought the kids outside, a stranger came up to them. Hearing the sound, Inoma turned and got in-between the visitor and kids. Inoma, with concern in her voice, said "Can... can I help you?" While waiting for a response, Inoma turned to see where Shiro was. 'I wonder how long Shiro will be.' she thought to herself. Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) Sakraida Samari blinked for a second and then hit her fist into her hand. "OH YEAH!!!" She tried forcefully to not look at the children. They were too adorable. "I came to challenge a specific person to a duel." She nodded her head. "HAI HAI!!" pboost1 "Do you know who? If so, we can see if this person is here..." Inoma kept herself in the position of getting ready to run, incase things got out of hand. Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) Sakraida "Ak Ak AK..." She tried to remember the name and could only get the two terms mixed together. "Akome? NO HmMM Ak for first name longer and Ome last end of last name." Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) pboost1 Inoma didn't recognize the name, so she kept on her guard. A person coming here, not remembering who to challenge, caused her to be weary of that. "Well, you will have to wait. Maybe somebody else would know who you are talking about?" She turned her head, keeping the visitor in her eyesight, yelling over her shoulder. "Shiro, can you come here please!? I could use some help." She tried to keep the kids close to her, and herself between the kids and the stranger. Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) Capskye Shiro had been waiting for some kind of response from Ranma, but he found himself saved by Inoma's call for assistance. With only a half- heard apology, he dashed out to where Inoma was as the moment. "You called, Inoma-san?" Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) Sakraida "School of Anything Goes Martial Arts female. MMMMMMM... black hair, short." She was trying to draw a picture so she could connect a name with a face and was still having problems doing so. Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) pboost1 > "You called, Inoma-san?" "This person is looking for someone to challenge." She turned and looked at the visitor who said: > "School of Anything Goes Martial Arts female. MMMMMMM... black hair, short." "I think I know the person she's describing, but she isn't in any condition to accept a challenge. Start taking the kids somewhere. (to the girl) Is there someone else you would be willing to challenge?" Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) Sakraida "Ak Ak AKANE!!!!" Samari snapped her fingers. "I want to challenge Akane. Someone else?" Samari furrowed her brows and shook her head. "No, she's the one who defeated my mom and so I want to challenge her." Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) Capskye Shiro nodded to Inoma just as Samari piped up. He then turned to look at her. "Akane-san? She beat your mother? How long ago was that?" Re: Living Room (Shiro, Inoma + kids) pboost1 To herself, Inoma thought 'That is who I thought she was asking for.' Out loud, she said "Unfortunately, the challenge will have to wait." Inoma tried to look like she meant it, but being a little shy she felt that she wasn't putting on a good show. Re: Living Room (Akane, Yoiko, Daiji, Shiro, Inoma, Samari...) St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block The kids sheered when Yoiko and Daiji finally showed up, herded to the living room by a motherly Akane. Now, they could at least see the cake! Looking around to check if no youngster was missing before fetching the cake, she spotted Inoma, Shiro and the newcomer in the garden. "Inoma-chan, Shiro-kun, thanks for keeping the children busy while I was upstairs. You can come in now, I'll bring in the cake very shortly." She had seen Samari, but for now she thought of her as one of the twins' schoolmates. She was young-looking enough for that, and she didn't know all of them that much. "By the way, do you know where is Ranma?" the pregnant woman asked. Re: Living Room (Akane, Yoiko, Daiji, Shiro, Inoma, Samari...) Byooki Desu Of course, getting dressed wasn't that big a deal so Yoiko and Daiji should have been ready in time. Akane however being a pregnant woman and it seemed maybe just a tad stressed out had started herding the twins out of the room before they were done. Yoiko was a bit flustered over this and Daiji was not the least surprised. Akane hadn't reacted the way Daiji had wanted to and this had her in a grumpy mood, something that was reflected in her sister as well. Forced down the stairs and practically pushed into the living room, Yoiko was jumping on one leg when she and her twin arrived, not having managed to pull up one of her socks properly. A quick glance would reveal that even if both dressed, the twins had been herded into the living room far to soon, as Yoiko and Daiji were wearing mismatched socks, one white and one black each. Yoiko squinted at the large group of people, boys as well as girls that had flocked to the house and were all smiles. The kids of course were expected but all these other people?? Yoiko was not happy at all, practically all of them were classmates and people from her and Daiji's school, people neither she nor her sister liked at all. Daiji was having similar thoughts and the amount of people worried her. Sure it was a big cake but with this many people there wouldn't be much for them to eat. "Hi." Daiji mumbled sullenly, a feeling in her backbone telling her that inviting the classmates had been Akane's idea. Re: Living Room (Akane, Yoiko, Daiji, Shiro, Inoma, Samari...) Capskye Shiro's attention was diverted by hearing Akane's voice in the living room. Peeking back in, he spotted Akane and his siblings, who looked rather miserable. He wasn't really sure what problem those two were having, but he'd do his best to try and cheer them up. "It's no problem at all Akane-san. Glad we could be of some help. Ranma-san was at the bathroom... ahh... speaking with a couple of your daughters about something or another. I... uh... I don't know what exactly." Shiro turned away to try and hide the slight red streak that crossed his face as he tried to not remember the sight he'd gotten. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block The siblings and schoolmates gathered in the living room greeted the girls with joyous "Happy Birthday!", oblivious to their sullen mood. Suddenly, a shadow "materialized" just behind the twins... and a hand landed on each of their shoulders. Yoiko and Daiji almost jumped out of her panties in fright. The fright you get from being awfully startled. Worst, neither had any habit to this kind of surprise, since their "harakei" -- the martial artist danger sense -- should have warned them, but in this case it stayed deceptively quiet. "Daiji-chan, Yoiko-chan, so it's your fourteenth birthday! I'm so happy for you!" congratulated a dark-haired, pale-skinned girl in an outdated lacy and overly cute dress. Her eyes, outlined by dark shades under them, were brightly glinting and her hands gathered under her chin in a cutesy pose. Re: Living Room (Akane, Yoiko, Daiji, Shiro, Inoma, Samari...) pboost1 Inoma also turned slightly as the sound of Akane's voice came from behind them, but at the same time, she tried to keep an eye on the person in front of her. "Aunt Akane, this person here would like to challenge you, but I am trying to say that you are in no condition to accept the challenge. What would you like to do? Do you want to talk to her?" Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Capskye Shiro was broken out of his embarrassed trance by the voice of someone familiar. He spun around and noticed the pale girl behind Yoiko and Daiji. "Oh, it's Piyo-chan...." Shiro had, in fact, encountered Piyo on a couple of other occasions. She had visited him at Ukyô's place, where she mostly inquired about Yoiko and Daiji. He wasn't really sure what her interest in his half- sisters was, but he'd found her to be rather nice, underneath that somewhat creepy exterior. Of course, it was also more proof to others that Shiro wasn't exactly the brightest bulb in the house. He looked around at this point. "Almost everyone's here. Hmmmm, I wonder where Chisame-san wandered off? Oh well." He went back to helping the children. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Byooki Desu "Oh, it's Piyo-chan...." Daiji mumbled, repeating what hers and Yoiko's brother had just said, but in a rather sarcastic voice. It wasn't that she disliked Piyo or anything, it was just that she didn't know quite what to do with her. "Yeah, happy birthday, Piyo-chan." Yoiko grumbled, noticing that Piyo wasn't wearing the school uniform. Akane always made her and Daiji wear the stupid fuku when going to school, and despite never really having worn a school fuku herself according to her own claims, their mom had been cowed by Akane into supporting her decision. Or so it seemed to Yoiko. "Uh... you want some cake?" she asked, not really wanting to start without their mother there. Also there was the issue of Shitagi and their other missing older siblings. All the younger Tendô siblings were there, but most of the older of Ranma and Akane's kids, it seemed, were still missing. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party pboost1 "Shiro, could you take the children into the living room, while I stay here and wait for what Aunt Akane would like to do?" She said this because she saw the kids were starting to get bored, with the challenge going on, and the adults talking. Trying to keep an eye on the visitor, making sure she didn't threaten her pregnant aunt, she also tried to keep an eye on Shiro. He seemed handsome enough, but how would he... she mentally shook her head. She couldn't do anything, not with her mom protecting her all the time. But she felt that she would never find a boyfriend because of the protection she received as a child. Still, she tried to keep an eye on him. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Piyo giggled, completely oblivious to the not-totally-beaming-with-joy state of her schoolmates. "Silly," she said to Daiji, "it's *your* birthday, it's the other people who are supposed to wish you that! "Thank you, Yoiko-chan," she responded to the other Hibiki girl. She was one of the rare persons to mysteriously always know which twin was which. "But your mom hadn't brought the cake yet -- not before the honor guests were here." The girl then pulled out a large scroll from her dress. "Look, I've done your astrological chart as a birthday present!" she proudly exclaimed, showing them the paper covered in complicated drawing. "Did you know you were born during a very peculiar alignment of the planets? It promises you a life full of chaotic influences and uncertainties. Ain't that great?" Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Capskye Shiro turned to look at Inoma, smiling. "Actually, it should be okay. They've got about another five or so minutes before we need to do something drastic, so let's give the others that much more time. Besides, someone new just showed up, so that gives them something to discuss." Shiro himself looked around, getting a good idea of who was here and who wasn't. Ranma and his two girls were still obviously dealing with... THAT, but there was no sign of Chisame. She wasn't a Hibiki, so she couldn't have gotten lost in this house. Curious, he looked to Inoma. "I'll go try and round up the last people. I'll be back in five minutes to help with the kids." With that, he made his way out of the room and towards the bathroom to check on Ranma. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Sakraida Samari blinked and thought to herself as her eyes wandered to the wonderful looking cake. Or at least she could smell it. "Oh, when my mom was a little girl. So a little while ago I suppose." She put her hands behind her head and let in a big gulp of air. "And why can't I challenge her? The honor of my school demands it." She nodded as she thought about how her mother would kill her if she found out about it. But she was too busy training at the moment to notice. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party pboost1 Seeing Shiro leaving pulled at her heart. What was happening to her? She just barely met the guy and she started liking him? What was going on? She then heard Samari state something. She turned her attention as Samari said: > "And why can't I challenge her? The honor of my school demands it." With Akane being there, it should have been obvious that she was pregnant. But some people weren't that bright to see it. Focusing her attention on the visitor, anger in her voice, Inoma said, "Aunt Akane is pregnant! Can't you see that?! That is why you can't challenge her!" Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane Saotome, finally having the kids settle down (though it wouldn't last long if she didn't fetch the cake soon), walked to Inoma and the visitor. She only caught part of the conversation, but understood Samari wasn't just a guest but a challenger to the dojo. Nothing surprising, this happened regularly. The girl was somewhat familiar to her, but she couldn't tell for sure... she'd met a lot of people in her youth. "Hello, young lady," she warmly said. "I didn't catch your name. Did I heard right, you're here to challenge the dojo? As you can see, my husband wouldn't like me to practice martial arts for now. And the custom is to fight a student of the dojo that's around your age anyway." Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Sakraida "You don't have to get mad." Samari said to the shouting girl who talked about her Aunt. "AWWW... Mom won't let me fight you if it wasn't today." Samari narrowed her eyes. "OK, I guess I'll just take the sign. I AM KAMINARIMON SAMARI OF THE GOOD OLD DAYS SCHOOL OF MARTIAL ARTS!!!!" She held up a paddle with a ball on a string and used it to wrap up into the air and flow around her body in the sign of her name. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane crossed her arms, looking serious. "Oh no, you're not taking any sign, young lady. Did you hear what I said? If you want to play Dôjô Yaburi, you'll have to defy one of my children." Akane blinked, the name now reminding her of something. "Wait... Kaminarimon... I know that name. Oh my god, are you Tamari-chan's daughter?" Now enthusiastic, Akane stepped forward, idly deflected the ball connected to the paddle with an ease that took Samari completely off- guard, and grabbed her under the armpits to lift the young girl with frightening ease, bringing their faces' level. "Oh my, yes! You look just like her! It's been so long since I hadn't any news from your mommy! How is she? Last time I hade news, she was going on a training trip...." Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Byooki Desu "Really... you don't say." Yoiko drawled, listening to the almost zealous Piyo. Unlike her sister who, even though clever, more often than not resolved things with her fists, Yoiko always tried to reason things out logically. Daiji was the smart one but Yoiko was the more down to earth of the two. Piyo just wouldn't go away and neither Yoiko nor her twin could figure out what was up with her.... Maybe she was just lonely? Daiji looked at the chart that Piyo was shoving under their noses, the signs and writing on the paper looking like doodles to her. "Yeah, well people always did say they though me 'n' Yoiko would be just like mom when we got older." Daiji told the Gosunkugi girl. She and Yoiko never had been much for gifts. Much like their mother and father, finding everyday spent happy was a gift in itself. But it was obvious that Piyo had put much thought and work into this, and Daiji didn't want to sound ungrateful. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Sakraida "Oro?" Samari blinked with a dumb look on her face, as she hadn't expected a semi-warm welcome. So, she decided to be totally honest. "Well, she had me in China and then I fell in a spring and then she re- started the dojo. Um can I still challenge the dojo though? This is my only chance." Re: Living Room, Birthday Party pboost1 Inoma wasn't paying too much attention as she let her glance slide to where Shiro was. She saw him going into the living room as a blur went by. The blur brought her out of her slight stare, and she heard that Akane was warming up to the newcomer. It sounded like they sorta knew each other. That was good enough for Inoma. This would let her leave without being rude to the girl. "Excuse me, Aunt Akane. (to the newcomer) Sorry for yelling, but it appeared to me that you weren't listening. Now if both of you please forgive me, I will go with the children. Aunt Akane, would you like me to bring in the cake? Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block "I'm so glad you like it," beamed the Gosunkugi girl. "If you want, after school you can come to my house, I'll have plenty of fascinating things to show you!" Piyo's home was very close to the Junior High School they frequented (although that didn't mean much for the directionally-challenged Hibiki), so it could sound reasonable... if they could find it. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane turned head toward Inoma. "Oh yes, thank you Inoma-chan, that'll help me a lot. The cake is in the fridge, you can't miss it." She then put back Samari on the ground, and shuffled her hair. "Oh, you can challenge if you want, but that can wait after the birthday party, right? In the meantime you can tell me about your mom." She sighed. "It's been such a long time. At first we were rivals, but we became good friends after I beat her... "Wait, should I understand you want to defy the dojo because of that old fight? Silly you, it's been so long ago... and Tamari-chan had beaten me once before, so we can be considered even. "If you insist, though, then it'll mean you'll have to challenge a Tendô... either Satori or Kimiko, they are my oldest children..." Akane was, in truth, a little relieved at that. Challenging the current dojo champion would mean Shitagi, as she was the eldest child. But her way to deal with dojo destroyers was rather... ruthless. Well, maybe not so much when the challenger was a girl, but Akane wouldn't have liked a cute girl like Samari-chan to be sent to the hospital by the violent Saotome. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Sakraida "Both of them would be fine I suppose." Samari said, as she was sure that Akane meant the two would be her opponents at the same time. "Can I have cake if I wait?" She suddenly thought about eating something sweet if she had to be patient. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block "Both? Aren't you a little presumptuous, Samari-chan? My daughters are fully trained martial artists, and they're older than you." she explained in good humor. "Of course, you can have some cake..." she added, "if those voracious bellies gathered here leave any of it." Re: Living Room, Birthday Party pboost1 Inoma headed towards the fridge and opened it. Akane was right that she couldn't miss it. The box was huge. It was at least four feet in length. She carried it to the table, and then started looking for candles. "Aunt Akane, where are the candles?" Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Unfortunately, Akane was still on the engawa with Samari, and with the racket the children were doing -- giving presents to the twins and enthusiastically urging Yoiko and Daiji to open them -- she couldn't hear Inoma calling all the way from the kitchen. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Capskye Shiro had still been wandering the hallway in his rather stunned state when he managed to hear Inoma's request. This finally snapped him out of his funk. Blinking a few times, he checked his pack. Sure enough, he'd bought some candles for a special okonomiyaki for the twins later. Heading over to the kitchen, he stepped inside. "Uh, here you go Inoma-san. I found them." Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Sakraida "Prechump?" Samari twisted the word in her head as she tried to remember what that word meant. After a few seconds she remembered and snapped her fingers. She wasn't worried about getting the cake so much, as she had a good idea how to acquire some in a pile of hungry children. "I can just fight them as a boy then." That was a simple solution, though she had to be careful that they weren't too cute. She remembered what happened that one sparring session. Why did she feel different as a boy? Oh, who cared, as long as she got some cake and a chance to fight against a person of the School of Anything Goes profession. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block > "I can just fight them as a boy then." Akane froze. Previously, she had missed Samari's comment that she "fell into a spring" when talking about the trip to China with her mother, or at least disregarded it as unimportant since Jusenkyô was never mentioned. Because of this, the last revelation insinuated some horrid doubts in her mind. "You... you can turn into a boy?" she hesitantly asked. When the brown-haired girl nodded, Akane sweatdropped. Yet, she promised to her husband long ago that she wouldn't jump to conclusions any more. So, she nervously asked: "If I may I ask, Samari-chan... who's your father?" Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Byooki Desu Yoiko smiled at the girl, the gears in her head churning the idea over in her head. She doubted she or Daiji could just find the house of they looked for it, but then Piyo might have thought of that and actually tried to guide her and her twin to her house. Yoiko sighed nodding her head. "Okay... we'll do that one day." she told the almost porcelain-white looking girl, in her promise never mentioning a date for such a visit. Today wasn't a good day, today she wanted to be around her family... Grandpa would most likely come for a visit and maybe even their dad. Daiji let he sister deal with Piyo as she herself had her hands full with everyone else. Even double-teaming people like she and her twin could didn't help matters much as people just seemed to become twice as persistent. The classmates were the most problematic, swamping her time and taking her eyes away from the cake that was being carried into the room. Gifts gifts gifts... if they had brought food or maps or something like that it would have been different but what was she or Daiji supposed to do with... what was this anyway? Daiji stared down at what looked like a packet of balloons, she had seen some like this in her mom's room on occasion but balloons weren't really her forte. Some of her classmates were giggling and the girl who had given it to her was just grinning. "Happi BirthDai!" a small kid about the age of thee or four exclaimed, handing her a nice drawing of what Daiji guessed was a map. Smiling, Daiji accepted it and gave the small kid a hug as another one that looked even younger hugged her from behind and gave her a piece of string... actually it looked more like a bit of used floss but it was still a more cherished gift than any she or Yoiko had received from their classmates. Daiji and Yoiko didn't like their older siblings but strange as it might sound they actually adored their younger siblings, after all who in their right mind could be angry with little children? "Here you go... you have fun with it." she told the two little rugrats as she handed them the balloons, the smiles that threatened to split their faces being worth getting up in the morning. More giggles coming from the classmates, Daiji received the next present.... Re: Living Room, Birthday Party pboost1 After getting the candles in the cake, Inoma started getting ready to carry it. "Shiro, would you mind watching me to see if I need help carrying the cake?" She brought the cake into the living room, where Yoiko saw that the cake that was being carried into the room. "OK, Kids clear a way. Cake is coming through." LIving Room Sakraida "My father? Um... well, mom said that he was sort of tall, had dark hair. Um... he told her he was a martial artist and his hair had a weird tie up in the back." (It's vague enough to be anyone but also could be used to describe Ranma so we can torture him.) "As for a name I don't know." She shrugged her shoulders. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block All the kids cheered at the sight of the cake. Piyo clapped her hands and encouraged the twins: "Yeah! Daiji-chan, Yoiko-chan, if you extinguish all the candles with one blow, the kami will grant you a wish!" Samari's Revelation St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane's face turned dark, an ice-blue aura forming around her. Girl showing up to challenge the dojo + girl that is cursed to turn into a boy + girl that don't know her father name = Ranma no HENTAI! Now, it should be said that Akane had gotten a lot better at not jumping to conclusions over her years of marriage with Ranma. Unfortunately, the unbalanced hormones from her pregnant state were currently negating most of these progresses. It wasn't the first time she suspected her husband to have yet another natural child with a woman she'd knew. She was perfectly aware Ranma had been promiscuous (despite his protest that it rarely ever was his fault, it just... happened). Actually, when they promised to each other complete honesty at all times, Ranma had gone as far as to give her a complete list of his conquests (male or female). What incensed Akane right now was: A) Kaminarimon Tamari wasn't on this list (okay, it was a rather long list so she wasn't entirely sure of it solely from memory, but she thought so), which meant Ranma was STILL keeping secrets from her! B) On the other hand, it was no surprise he'd keep this tryst hidden, considering Akane remember Tamari to be a lot younger than them. How old could have been Tamari-chan when her lecherous fiancé seduced her? Thirteen, at most! (Of course Akane's memory wasn't perfect, and she didn't ask Samari her age nor how old was her mother... so she was a bit exaggerating the age gap and going for the worst-case scenario). Ranma was even a worst pervert than she thought! Not only he'd been a womanizer, but he was going after underage girls too! "I'm going to kill him!" she growled.... Re: Samari's Revelation Sakraida "Kill who?" Samari asked, as she tried to remember who Akane happened to be talking about. It couldn't be the guy that her great-great-uncle had told her about... the strong man who had defeated their school so easily? Wait, did she construe that as her father? No, Tamari had known who he was and her mother didn't have a clue as to who her father was. Did she not understand? Oh well, maybe the answer Samari received would help ease her mind. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party pboost1 "One at a time. We still have to get the candles lit, and this for both of them." Inoma looked around for something to light the candles with, and can't find anything. "Shiro, do you have a lighter or matches or something?" Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Capskye Shiro smiled. "Just give me a second." He grabbed a candle and ran back into the kitchen. Taking the covers off the stove, he turned on the flames on one of the sections and carefully held the candle over them until it lit. Turning off the stove, he came back and started to light the other candles with this one. As he was doing this, he noted the battle aura beginning to emanate off of Akane, and he saw that look on her face that meant she was rather... displeased at the moment. Whispering to Inoma, he spoke, "Is it just me, or does Akane-san look more than a little angry at something?" Re: Samari's Revelation St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block > "Kill who?" Samari asked "My worthless, good-for-nothing husband..." simply answered Akane with a low growl, as if that explained everything. Apparently forgetting about Samari-chan, Akane determinedly walked inside the house, in search of a certain perverted, pedophile womanizer to bash. Along the way, she whipped a BIG mallet from... somewhere. The storm was ready to unleash... both inside and outside the house. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Byooki Desu Yoiko gave the cake a skeptical look. Only three feet long; she didn't think there would be enough for everyone not considering how much some people could devour. Their mom, who used to eat far more than her body really should allow, might have been one of the worst in that department, but all her biological children seemed able to devour more than humanly possible, even the little rugrats that weren't even old enough to attend kindergarten. Yoiko had an appetite not of that world and Daiji was just like her. The three-feet-long cake sure looked small.... "Wish??" she asked Piyo, giving the other girl a skeptical look while ignoring Shiro. The only things she wished for never came true anyway, so what was the use.... Frowning at the candles, she glanced over at her twin who had finally managed to pull herself away from the gift- giving little monsters that had her holding everything from a large piece of lint to what looked like... a pair of panties? Wait, wasn't that one of Shitagi's pairs?? How on earth had their siblings managed to get a hold of that?? Daiji moved over to the cake, one of her more unrelenting little brothers refusing to let go of her leg. A wish...? Maybe they should wish for a bigger cake? ^_^;; "Uh... I dunno... I'd hate blowing out the candles before mom gets here...." Daiji told Piyo. That, and she was shocked to see that their Grandpa still hadn't showed up... wasn't like him to miss their birthday... wasn't like him at all to miss an opportunity to eat some chocolate cake. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Ranma-chan, wearing a blue dress and looking -- for all that mattered -- *motherly*, entered the crowded living room with a pair of wrapped boxes. Seeing the hungry kids surround the cake like a pack of wolfs as Shiro and Inoma were busy placing and lighting the candles, she joked: "What? The cake is still in one piece? Is it a sign of the end of the world?" Walking to Yoiko and Daiji, she gave each their present as well as a kiss. "Happy birthday, my two precious. Hope you'll like it." Once the twins would have opened their presents, they'd each find inside a way to always keep contact with the rest of the family: a pair of cellular phones. This had been quite successful for Ryôga; since he owned one he was much easier to find. In fact, the first number memorized was the one that would allow them to call their father. Re: Samari's Revelation St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane, clutching her trusty mallet, looked in the room from the hallway and spotted Ranma-chan. She immediately deflated. 'Damn, I can't brain that hentai in front of the kids, and in the middle of the twins' birthday...' she thought in dismay. Shoulders slumping, she willed her mallet to disappear. 'That's just a respite, baka, you'll have to explain yourself about how Samari-chan came to be, that I swear it!' Akane's brooding mood was, fortunately, distracted by a ring at the main door. Blinking, she went to open it, everybody else being busy. On the porch was waiting Nodoka Saotome, and behind her a large panda carrying some large boxes and wearing a... muzzle? "Good morning, Akane-chan," pleasantly saluted the matriarch. "I hope we're not too late to wish the twins a happy birthday?" "Oh, good morning, mother," welcomed Akane, automatically raising the voice a little since she knew her mother-in-law had become a little hard of hearing recently. Beside that, she was still quite sprite for a woman of her age. "Now, you came just in time, they're opening presents and about to eat the cake." "That's good. I brought a few cakes on my own, I know how much those hungry stomachs can ate." she added, pointing the large load in her transformed husband's "arms". "That's a good idea, mother, I'm sure they'll appreciate. But come in, it's starting to rain." "Growf?" "You can take off the muzzle as soon as Akane-chan will have secured the cakes, dear." answered Nodoka, guessing what Genma wanted. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party pboost1 Looking over at Akane, Inoma saw what he meant. Akane seemed like she was on the warpath. She looked like she was looking for something, or someone. "Yes, she does seem like she's looking for something, Shiro." Inoma heard female Ranma, which took her attention of Akane. "Hello Ranma. Yes, the cake is in one piece. I couldn't have the children eating the cake with you not being here." Despite her feeling that Akane was her aunt, she couldn't come to terms with calling Ranma her uncle. She wasn't as close to Ranma as she was to Akane. When she looked back to her, Akane seemed to have calmed down. Inoma whispered to Shiro: "When things get settled, can I talk to you for a second?" Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Capskye Shiro blinked a bit at Inoma's request, but nodded. "Sure thing Inoma." He smiled as he watched the kids move and mill about, though he continued to shoot a glance over to the clock every now and then. His mother had been very strict when it came to tardiness, and he didn't want to be late, party or no party. Re: Samari's Revelation Sakraida 'Wow, extra cakes.' Samari said to herself as she suddenly realized that she had to be polite and have a gift for the children. She hurriedly started to search through her clothing, pulling out a myriad of things. A skateboard, a ping-pong set, a bunch of iron tops, a long toy sword which when she dropped it on the ground dug itself into the wood, showing that thought it was plastic it happened to be a very, very hard and sharp plastic. She finally found it, a large teddy, though now the problem was how did she remove all the little modifications she had added to the thing. Oh well, she took out one of her limitless supplies of bows and put it on, hoping they wouldn't touch the parts that made the sharp iron tops fly out or the flames from the eyes or the sharp claws, and hopefully they would never learn the technique to turn it into a puppet and use it to maim there enemies. Oh well. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party pboost1 With Ranma appearing, it seemed that the party would be settled, along with Akane there. She and Shiro were in the back watching the children. She leaned over to whisper to Shiro: "Shiro, can we go somewhere to talk? I have a few questions but I don't want anyone to overhear." Re: Samari's Revelation St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Akane picked the large cake boxes from her father-in-law/slash/panda, whose gaze followed them with longing in the eyes. Nodoka finally freed him of the muzzle, and he sighed. Bringing the cakes to the kitchen, Akane spotted what Samari-chan was doing, and blinked. 'Great,' she thought, 'another practitioner of hidden weapons technique, just like Mousse... I don't remember her mother using quite so much equipment... she's probably even better. Martial arts in the blood, just like her #&@% father.' Nodoka and Genma didn't pay much attention to the Kaminarimon girl, just thinking of her as one of the guests. The panda simply walked toward the living room, fully prepared to what was coming next... "WOW!! PANDA-SAN!!" ... a swarm of young children jumping him as soon as they spotted the giant plush toy. He's been a grandfather long enough to be used to it. Re: Samari's Revelation Sakraida "Hmm." Samari thought as she saw the panda pass by and then looked outside, thankfully not too far or she would have been a boy in a schoolgirl's uniform. Which wouldn't have been nice. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Capskye Shiro looked at Inoma curiously, and a bit concerned. He didn't want to leave the adults to fend for themselves, but as he noted the arrival of the panda, he smirked and nodded, "Sure, Inoma, but I'm not quite sure there's anywhere in this household that could be classified as 'private'." Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Byooki Desu Yoiko and Daiji might have been older than some of the rugrats at the party, yet the smile on their faces as their mom wished them a happy birthday was that of a kid being treated to ice cream. While living with Ryôga for the twins' first early years, Ranma had mostly been in female form, so even though Yoiko and Daiji saw Ranma as their mom regardless of gender. Seeing her dressed up and acting all motherly brought back memories of a cherished childhood that Ranma's lost little girls kept close to their hearts. "Thanks Mom!" Daiji exclaimed, giving her mother a big hug that could have crushed any regular mother. Yet Ranma having lived with Ryôga would have been used to the strength of her little birthday girls when showing affection. Daiji was soon joined by Yoiko, who just like her sister could have competed with an anaconda when it came to hugging. > "WOW!! PANDA-SAN!!" The sudden shouts of glee and joy, the high pitched voices of girls and boys still not having entered their voice changes, filled the room as kids the size of pillows and kids a little bigger swarmed the cuddly old walking logo for the World Wildlife Foundation. Someone should have told those kids that pandas were an endangered species. Looking over at where Shiro had managed to light all the candles on the cake, Yoiko clutched her still unopened present from her mother tightly to herself as she watched the cake. "Happy birthday, Daiji-neesan." Yoiko grinned, receiving a similar grin from her twin in return. "Happy Birthday, Yoiko." And with that they pushed poor Shiro out of the way, filled their lungs with air and tried to blow out the candles in one single blow of air. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party St Fan, Kami of Writer's Block Ranma-chan hadn't missed the bigger smiles and heartfelt emotion when the twins hugged her. She knew that they'd enjoy the party more if she attended as their "mommy". Her hang-ups against taking a female role were entirely a thing from the past, now her kids' happiness was all that mattered. Ranma clapped her hands as Yoiko and Daiji blew all the air of their lungs on the birthday cake, leaving no chance of survival to the lit candles. "Well done, kiddo. You'll make that into a martial attack soon, I'm sure." she joked. She glanced at the swarmed Panda and smirked at his slightly distraught look. He was trying to reach the chocolate cake, but the kids harassing him were pretty efficient at neutralizing a senior martial artist turned plantigrade (since Ranma trained them specifically for that... ^_^ ) "You must be happy," she told the twins, "your grandfather is here like you wanted. And if you open your gift, maybe you'll get lucky and talk to your father...." Re: Living Room, Birthday Party pboost1 Inoma said "Well, we could go to the front porch, one facing out, the other facing towards the door, and if we keep our voices down, we should be able to talk without too much interference." Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Sakraida "YAY!!!!" Samari clapped her hands as they blew the candles out in one breath. The very sight of the cute twins made her feel better about disobeying her mother and coming here. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Capskye Shiro was about to agree when he felt the twins push past him. He stumbled a bit, but caught himself. Those girls, despite their age, had probably inherited even more of their shared father's brute strength than him. Of course, having Ranma as a mother probably contributed to things. Sometimes, Shiro couldn't help but wonder if some in his generation turned out to be even stronger or faster or better than the old-timers. He snapped out of that train of thought as he focused back on Inoma. Smiling, he nodded, "Sure, that sounds like a plan. I'll try to keep my voice down, but both my parents weren't exactly great at speaking beneath a deafening tone...." Re: Living Room, Birthday Party pboost1 Inoma walked to the twins. "Kids, I need to step out for a little bit. I have asked Shiro to come with me. We will be back in a bit. (Walking back to Shiro) Let's go. We will be better going to the store." She started to head out. Re: Living Room, Birthday Party Capskye Shiro rubbed the back of his head, but something nagging in the back of his brain said it was probably a good idea to go along with her. Besides, Inoma wasn't that bad at all. He bowed a quick farewell to some of the older people, and followed. "Wait up Inoma! I'm coming." [TO BE CONTINUED IN EPISODE 4, THREADS 1 & 2]
