A New Day for Ranma

The morning. Nerima slowly wake up. The birds are singing ('piyo piyo'). 
The start of a beautiful, new day.

Ranma-chan walked down the street, head low, in a rather foul mood. She 
was still wearing the white sundress from yesterday - no choice in that, 
she had no other clothes to put on this morning.

Her mindset, however, wasn't any more in phase with the girlish 
ensemble.

"Yeshh... I hate when this happen..."

Waking up in girl form, in a tent in the middle of nowhere, and next to 
RYOGA, wasn't the best way to start the day in Ranma's opinion. The 
worst part is when she realized from the Lost Boy's babbling that she 
had been acting like a girl again because of some blow to the head. And 
worst of all... that she had been coming on RYOGA!

Thankfully, the shy boy hadn't done anything during the night. At least 
she thought. Yup, she was pretty sure they hadn't been... intimate or 
anything like that. The mere idea was making her ill.

So, after booting the confused Ryoga into a tree, she quickly traveled 
back toward civilization, impatient to find some hot water and some 
manly clothes, and hopping that nobody - especially not his mother - 
will find about this annoying interlude.

"RANMA!" Shampoo yelled out, latching onto the red-haired girl, as she 
did her morning deliveries of ramen for the day. As she closed her eyes,

tempted to snap at the purple-haired Amazon for nearly smothering her...

But she suddenly jumped to her feet, looking alarmed. "Oh jeez... I've 
dirtied the dress Akane offered me!"

If Ranma had given some thought before talking (not likely to happen, I 
agree) he would have realized that:
a) She sounded awfully girly by saying that... and
b) It wasn't that wise to mention the fact in front of Shampoo.

Shampoo, having ears like a cat, narrowed her eyes, and leaned in a bit, 
still holding the ramen box in her other hand. "And why Ranma worried 
about dress that belong to Akane? For that matter, why Ranma wearing 
Akane dress?" She asked.

"Hu? It's not Akane's dress, it's... err..." started to answer Ranma-
chan, before trailing off.

She just couldn't say the dress was *hers*... that Akane paid for it and 
given her the first time she bumped her head and began to think like a 
girl. It really wasn't the times that Ranma was the most proud of. She 
really hated the fact that it happened again yesterday, and that she got 
all dreamy-eyed about *Ryoga*, of all peoples.

"... nevermind." concluded the redhead, sweatdropping. Right now, she 
would have killed so that nobody ever learned of her shame.

"Ahem... say, Shampoo, you wouldn't have some guy clothes for me? I 
really can't show at the Dojo dressed like that... Mom would kill me..."

Maybe not even in the abstract sense.

since Mousse not around." She said, looking down. "Ranma keep secret 
from Shampoo..." She said softly.

Ranma thanked Shampoo absentmindedly. Mousse's robes would be better 
than this dress... he could always pretends he was fighting the Duck-
boy.

Then she heard Shampoo's soft whisper.

"Hu? No, it's not like that..." protested Ranma, before thinking again. 
He couldn't realistically retell Shampoo of his 'girly' lapses. He 
doubted she would revert to the 'Kill Girl-Ranma' routine, but you never 
know.

"Err... or maybe it is. But everybody can have some secret. Can you 
honestly tell me you never hidden anything from me?" he countered.

Shampoo started to think. Not being the brightest candle of the bunch, 
it took awhle for Shampoo to think of an answer, as the pair walked back 
towards the Nekohantan. "Um, let see... Shampoo once kiss girl. Does 
that count?" She asked Ranma.

Ranma was a bit surprised by the revelation... he wondered who could 
have abused Shampoo that way. However, the cute Amazon had only 
reaffirmed her devotion to Ranma by this confession, rather than 
admitting she was unfaithful.

Of course Ranma didn't know Shampoo was conveniently ignoring her other 
trysts with Mousse or Kuno.

"Err... well... I don't know..." he started embarrassedly after

continued lamely. He had to admit, he hadn't a very clear idea of what 
this meant either, exactly.

Shampoo sighed a bit, letting her hand drop so that she was holding the 
Ramen by the string on the box, instead of the palm of her hand. 
"Shampoo know she not brightest pot in kitchen." She said, not even sure 
if the term was right.

As she walked along, Shampoo wondered about Ranma. He seemed different, 
not that fact that he was a she right now, but Ranma seemed more calm to 
her, the fact that he wasn't trying to get away from her kind of proved 
it. She wondered what was up, and hoped he wasn't mad about Kenchan.

masterize... mastering... master the language... hell, I'm not very good 
with words myself!" concluded the redhead, sticking her tongue out.

"And you shouldn't listen too much to what Akane said... that girl has 
issues to begin with... she's calling me a hentai all the time."

With a burst of heat in her loin, Ranma again remembered yesterday's 
little stunt with her twin, and agreed that maybe Akane did have a point 
now.

Ranma idly wondered if by "sending him to China", Shampoo implied she'd 
done that by the mean of a LEO kick. Then she shrugged, and walked up 
the stairs.

Arriving in Mousse's room, she spotted one of Mousse's robe. She grabbed 
it, then frowned. Ranma started shaking the garment, and various weapon 
and other metallic implements fell from the pockets, folds and sleeves. 
After a few minutes of efforts, she wasn't entirely certain the robe was 
empty, but at least it seemed lighter.

Ranma then loose no time striping out of her girly dress. She looked 
down at the sheer cotton panties with a sigh. She'll have to take them

Rushing into the room, Shampoo discovered a very naked (well, she still
