Her decision was made with remorseless logic.
Conversion of anyone else in the household would require physical violence. Her primary functions were not built towards physical confrontation even if her strength, speed, and durability were far higher than an average human.
The problem was that in Nerima, average humans were outnumbered by insanely powerful martial artists. There was a chance, that as she was a living machine, martial arts techniques like the Iron Cloth or Breaking Point would be at least partially effective.
Nabiki found her elder sister in the laundry room, exactly where her sensor suite had indicated. "Kasumi, can I see you for a moment?"
Kasumi began to straighten and turn. Nabiki judged the positioning of her elder sister at nominal and moved appropriately.
Kasumi struggled as she found herself being kissed by her younger sister, not knowing that millions of nanobots were flooding from Nabiki into her mouth. Not knowing that thousands more were being injected as Nabiki's fingernails briefly broke skin, then repaired the skin behind them as they spread and began working.
Nabiki held the position for over a minute as Kasumi's struggles grew less organized, then finally ceased.
Gently, Nabiki supported her elder sister and took her to her room. She quickly changed Kasumi's clothes to a nightgown, then began initiating oral sex.
Again millions of nanobots flooded into Kasumi's body, this time from a different aperature. Nabiki performed quite well, stimulating pleasure centers which further eroded Kasumi's resistance.
Finally Nabiki watched as Kasumi's skin began changing - her alterations being from the inside out.
Nabiki left briefly, finishing the laundry and making sure there would be no interruptions, eventually returning to continue to monitor Kasumi's progress.
When her sensors had indicated that Kasumi's alterations had finally reached 90%, Kasumi's eyes snapped open.
"Nabiki," stated Nabiki. "Primary function: information gathering. Secondary function: sex. Primary abilities: sensor suite." There was a lot more, of course, this was just an initial greeting.
"Kasumi," responded the new sexbot. "Primary function: domestic maintenence. Secondary function: sex. Primary abilities: currently generating."
"Master=Ranma Saotome," Nabiki informed Kasumi. "Beginning next stage."
