Each time they would get beat up and the panties they helped stole taken back, more and more girls and women were exposed to the Moreau flu.
Another thing can be said about Genma and Soun. They require little temptation to indulge in self-gratification. Soon the virus overcame their fidelity to their wives. They easily found willing women and took them in a love hotel.

Naru Narusegawa and her friend Mitsune Konno came to see Seta-sensei who was talking to a good friend of his, Ono Tofu. It quickly degenerated into a four-way.
In Shinjuku, Ryo Saeba, AKA the City Hunter, couldn't believe his luck. Old clients of his came back and actually begged him for some Mokkori ! Kaori didn't interfere after being the first to get some. Life was great...
It was only a start. Soon Tokyo would be engulfed into a sexual frenzy the likes the world had never seen. Moreau smiled while watching the whole process.
Phase 1 was a success : men and women coupled without any regards for bloodlines, status or racial appartenance. Gaijin had sex with burakumin who had sex with asians who had sex with 'pure' japanese.
Phase 2 would follow naturally : The virus ensured the women it affected ended up pregnant. Another baby boom (totally mucking up japanese conception of racial purity) coming up.

Ranma didn't know about Moreau's plan and didn't care. He and Hinako-sensei were currently engaged in round two. The teacher had bended over her desk and the pig-tailed martial artist was taking her from behind. The bell had signaled for the end of lunch break but nearly all the students and teachers were... occupied.
